How to Raise Your Vibration

What is 'vibration'?

"Your 'vibration' is a way of describing your general state of being. Everything in the universe is made up of energy that vibrates at different frequencies. Even things that appear solid are composed of vibrational energy fields at quantum level. This includes you. “

We are beings who are composed of different levels of energy: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. Each of these levels has a vibrational frequency, which combines to create the overall vibration of the being.

All vibrations operate at high and low frequencies, in and around us. If your vibration is low, it will be evident; maybe the money is no longer flowing, your health is bad, or you feel surrounded by negative people.

However, when your vibration is high, that is this beautiful feeling of living in the flow. Here you may be inviting inspiring people into your life, jumping out of bed every day full of optimism, things may be progressing particularly well in business, your finances, your relationships, your health (a high vibrational body equals a healthy body); what you call GOOD OR BAD LUCK.

It is helpful to be aware that similar energy attracts energy.

So how do we raise our vibration? It may seem difficult, but it’s the simplest activity!

Today I'm going to show you some ways or actions that raise your vibration.

1. Be aware of your thoughts.

Everything you think, say, or feel becomes your reality. Every thought that comes into your head has an impact on you. For example, I spent most of my life saying, "Rainy days made me sad." I had that (limiting) belief until I realized I could change it. "I love rainy days because they cleanse all my energy and the planet." Change those thoughts to positive ones, your reality is likely to become positive as well.

Easier said than done during times of adversity, right? How about this? The next time a negative thought pops into your head, take the time to acknowledge it, thank it for showing up, and then dismiss it and turn it into a positive one, to something you want to happen.

2. Meditate.

Sit in a comfortable position, close your eyes, inhale and exhale. So often we rush through our days with a scattered brain that leaves us in a state of anxiety and stress. Meditation helps to calm your spirit and put it in a peaceful state of mind. Just 10 minutes of meditation a day can change your life forever.

3. Be grateful.

Making a gratitude list shifts your vibrations from focusing on what you don't have to what's already abundant in your life. There's more to be thankful for than you can imagine. For example, every night when I go to bed I write down (in a small gratitude journal) 5 things I'm grateful for that day. It's such a beautiful exercise. You can also do this mentally already in your bed by placing your hands on the third and fourth chakras.

4. Practice acts of kindness.

Giving to someone else (without expecting anything in return) changes your thoughts from "I don't have enough" or "Poor me," to "I have more than enough to give to others." Abundance is a high vibration. In the same line, being kind (rather than being mean) puts you on a high vibration. Gossip or treat others badly and your vibration will suffer.

5. Laugh, laugh, laugh. Provoke laughter when you feel less like laughing.

6. Connect with nature. Step on the grass, feel the air, contemplate the clouds, hug a tree.

7. Get your blood pumping.

Vibration requires movement, the more you move, the better your vibrations move. So, stay active! Dance, run, do yoga! The happier you feel, the more you will attract happy experiences to yourself because you are living on a different frequency.

8. Find something beautiful and appreciate it.

Beauty surrounds us, but we often walk around with blindfolds on. Stop rushing for a moment and take the time to sunbathe 10-15 minutes per day and appreciate your surroundings.

9. Be aware of the foods you eat.

Some foods vibrate at high frequencies and others at lower frequencies (broccoli has a high vibration just like blueberries). Big Macs don't vibrate at all (it's pure lifeless food). If you consume foods covered in chemicals and pesticides, or foods that are inside plastic containers, they will leave you lower vibrations. On the contrary, consume good quality organic products, foods as nature conceived them, and feel how the high vibrations spread throughout your body. The most important thing is that you pay attention and awareness to how your body feels when eating certain foods.

10. Drink water.

Always make sure to drink plenty of water (hydrogenated, Kangen Water, never bottled and preferably in glass or copper) to help your body eliminate toxicity day by day. Toxicity has a pronounced impact on our vibration, so we must do what we can to reduce its impact in and around us.
